The purpose of the seminar is to give people information and knowledge that can surely help to their health. In Health Advocacy, we plan to conduct a seminar to inform the people what is the importance of health care. The other one is to give them tips how they will take care of their selves. And to open their minds that we must pay attention on our health. In this seminar we expect that they can gain knowledge that they can use in their everyday life because health is our wealth.

    For those who don't have enough money to have a medical check-up and can't afford to buy medicines. This plan will help them because it's free.  The regular health check-up will help people to find out if they have health problems. Having a medical check-up also helps to cure a person's illness. And by giving them free medicines will help them increase chances for treatment and cure.

ZUMBA

Zumba is a fun aerobic workout that mixes in dance moves. So, we planned to have this kind of activity because people will surely enjoy it. And while people are enjoying, it will also helps their body to be exercised. Plus, it will help them in all aspects of health and can get many benefits from it.

COMMUNITY CLEANING

We want to have a clean and safe community for people. This plan is to clean, repair and improve public spaces or other areas. This will also help to prevent diseases and death in the community. We add this in our plan because one of the causes why we get ill is because of our environment. We want to implement "Tapat mo, Linis mo" because it will be helpful to maintain the cleanliness in the community.
