SUMMARY

We have a seminar at Gapan City Gym at September 5, 2020 to be conducted by the local health unit of our municipality. They will tackle health issue in our community. Everyone are requesting to attend so that we can understand the importance of healthy living. Everyone can share their opinion and free to ask questions.

People nowadays are very conscious about their health. There are many ways to stay healthy and monitor our condition. Some of these are by having a regular check-ups every three months. With this, every one can be sure of their health condition and prevent serious health problems that may come as we age. The Gapan Health Association are requesting all the resident of San Vicente to attend our upcoming medical check-up this coming September 1, 2020 at Gapan City Plaza. This medical service will be conducted by our city doctors all the resident of San Vicente to monitor our health condition. We are requesting all the residents to have their regular check-ups every three months so that we can prevent serious health problems that may come as we age.

Some of our residents formed groups for those who want physical activities. The Zumba Master of Gapan are having their activity every Saturday and Sunday at Gapan City Plaza at 5:00 to 7:00 o'clock in the morning. The group are requesting all the zumba enthusiast to join their activity. The purpose of this activity is to train the physical health of our people. This exercise will contribute good health of our people that can make us active, strong and stay healthy.

The Barangay Officials of Bayanihan, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija will execute a general cleaning and fumigation/fogging activity on August 29, 2020. This activity is to ensure the cleanliness of our Barangay and to keep our residents safe. The fumigation is the way to kill the dengue mosquitoes in the area. This will be done in the same area for four consecutive weeks. Lets keep our environment clean for health and safety of the people.

The purpose of the seminar is to give people information and knowledge that can surely help to their health. In Health Advocacy, we plan to conduct a seminar to inform the people what is the importance of health care. The other one is to give them tips how they will take care of their selves. And to open their minds that we must pay attention on our health. In this seminar we expect that they can gain knowledge that they can use in their everyday life because health is our wealth.

    For those who don't have enough money to have a medical check-up and can't afford to buy medicines. This plan will help them because it's free.  The regular health check-up will help people to find out if they have health problems. Having a medical check-up also helps to cure a person's illness. And by giving them free medicines will help them increase chances for treatment and cure.

Zumba is a fun aerobic workout that mixes in dance moves. So, we planned to have this kind of activity because people will surely enjoy it. And while people are enjoying, it will also helps their body to be exercised. Plus, it will help them in all aspects of health and can get many benefits from it.

COMMUNITY CLEANING

We want to have a clean and safe community for people. This plan is to clean, repair and improve public spaces or other areas. This will also help to prevent diseases and death in the community. We add this in our plan because one of the causes why we get ill is because of our environment. We want to implement "Tapat mo, Linis mo" because it will be helpful to maintain the cleanliness in the community.
